Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Crezaro FC when you use our website, apps and programs. Written to be read, not just signed.
Last updated 6 July 2026.
Agreeing to these terms
By using a Crezaro website, app or program, you agree to these terms. Your local Crezaro FC entity, the one running the program in your country, provides the service to you. If you are registering a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
Accounts and Crezaro ID
Your Crezaro ID is one account that follows a player across the network. Keep your sign-in details private, tell us if you think someone else has access, and give us accurate information. A child does not hold an independent account; a parent or guardian sets up and oversees it.
Using our programs
- Use the platform for its intended purpose: player development, club life and family communication.
- Follow the codes of conduct on our Safeguarding page. Abuse, bullying, harassment and discrimination can lead to removal.
- Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, scrape it, or upload harmful or unlawful content.
- Respect other families' privacy. Do not share images or information about other people's children without consent.
Fees, scholarships and Foundation support
Some programs carry fees, which are shown before you commit. Where a family needs help, the Crezaro Foundation may apply support directly to a player's billing. Any support decision sits with the Foundation and does not create a right to future funding. Refund terms for a given program are shown at sign-up.
Content and intellectual property
The Crezaro name, badge, site and platform are owned by Crezaro and its group entities. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Content you upload, such as a player video, stays yours, but you give us permission to use it to run the service, subject to the consent controls in our Privacy Policy.
Safeguarding comes first
Nothing in these terms limits our duty to protect children. We may suspend or remove any account, adult or otherwise, where we have a safeguarding concern, and we will cooperate with child-protection and law-enforcement authorities where the law requires it.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the platform running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability relating to a person's safety.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and we will post the new date at the top. Continued use means you accept the changes. The governing law and the courts that apply are those of the country of the Crezaro FC entity providing your program.
